About the Work in this Show
Love is the answer to fear, pain, anger and conflict. Where love exists, negativity is minimized and freedom can be found.
The Self Love Project began as a way for me to move beyond my own critical thoughts and self doubt, pushing myself to do things and create things beyond my comfort level.
As the world challenges us to be somebody or feel like nobody, I have embraced the idea that everyone is someone, with their own talents to share.
Our innate ability to express our true essence in all that we do is what also reflects back to us. Every body is capable of beauty, movement and a personal expression of freedom.
Loving yourself beyond society, image, physical looks or health; social pressure and abilities, is the secret to peace and deep Self Love. There is only one you! The world needs you!
